Hi. I am Elizabeth.

Welcome to my blog. I use this little space to chronicle the adventures of the Noel family!

Wow! How is it Friday already?!? This week has flown by, and kicked my tail. I was recovering from vacation with two sick kids from last week, and then my body revolted and I am in the midst of a terrible arthritis flare up. (I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 12, and osteoarthritis since I was 16) So, the blog has taken a backseat because I have only been doing things that have to be done, like work and feeding my family and sleeping. I am hoping I am almost through the worst of it and will start feeling more like myself soon.

I have decided to postpone my post in my “the importance of…” series until next week. I need to write something that required a little less thought, but I will be back to it next week! I decided that I would share with you 5 things that I am currently loving, and I want to hear what you are loving right now as well!

Hot Dots- Dex’s advocate recommended we get this set for Dex to work on testing skills, review reading and math skills, and work on fine motor skills over the summer. I ordered the school skills, phonics and counting sets and he absolutely loves them! It is easy to use, and provides immediate reinforcement when he gets the answer right. I highly recommend this for preschoolers to first graders. Yay for summer activities!

Kale Me Crazy’s Pain Killer- It is no secret that Tumeric is so good for inflammation, and with this crazy flare up, these have been so amazing. It’s just tumeric, lime, ginger and honey. It is an aquired taste, but I have grown to love them!

My new True Roots, Half Baked Harvest and Against All Grain cookbooks- Y’all, I love cookbooks. Like, I love them, I will read them like novels. I love the photos, and reading through the recipes. I was giddy to go on a bit of a cookbook spree recently to add some more dairy free and gluten free recipes to my arsenal.

Chick-fil-A water with lots of pellet ice- Georgia is hot, and I am loving water and crunching on the pellet ice. I don’t get mad that we go to Chick-Fil-A a couple times a week so I can get a large water with extra ice. I mean, everything from Chick-fil-A is better, right?

The Bachelorette- I haven’t watched in forever!!! Like the last season of the Bachelor/Bachelorette I watched was Jake’s season. But my amazing friend, Carly started doing a recap over on @arosecoloredrecap and I had major FOMO so I started watching and I’m hooked. I am enjoying just having mindless TV to work to.

I want to hear what you are loving these days, friends!
