Hi. I am Elizabeth.

Welcome to my blog. I use this little space to chronicle the adventures of the Noel family!

Hi friends! I am sitting down to right this post rather quickly and hitting publish! This week has been crazy. We had a wonderful weekend away together, and came home surprised that the painters were not done with our house. So we moved into a hotel for a few days, which was nuts. We moved back home on Wednesday, and are still working on putting the house back together before Gus’ birthday party next weekend! So needless to say, the blog is suffering. I had every intention of finishing this post last night, but I had a migraine ALL DAY yesterday and all night long as well. It was awful! So I am super behind today! But I can’t let today go by without sharing some of my awesome finds!

It’s no secret that I struggle with anxiety. It is also no secret that I am not a huge fan of meds. Don’t get me wrong, both of my kids take meds each day, but I prefer to find natural things to help. I have heard so much about CBD oil, and I finally decided to try it. With Bryan traveling and Dex starting school and a few doctor’s appointments looming for Gus, my anxiety was an alltime high! So I ordered some CBD oil from Lord Jones. Y’all. This stuff is good. It helps with anxiety so much- and it helps me sleep better. And the best part- no side effects because it is a plant not a medicine! Insert praise hand emojis here. I am excited to try the CBD lotion for my arthritis pain as well. Check it out. It helps with all the things!

When I decided to go paleo, I was looking for some good, easy snack options at costco, and I stumbled upon this granola. My favorite is to make smoothie bowls and put it on top. I also just eat it by the handfull when I am craving something sweet.

I was also missing chips and crackers. I learned about Bubba’s snack mix from my friend Jessica (go follow her blog, it’s fantastic). This stuff is addictive. It is so good, paleo and vegan friendly and definitely curbs my crunchy cravings. I may have ordered a whole box of it on amazon!

I also learned about the Clean Modern Mayhem blog from Jessica. It is full of paleo and healthy recipes that are delicious. I made the buffalo chicken salad for lunches this week and it is amazing. Check out her blog for more recipes!

The final thing I want to share is this adorable distressed jean jacket from the new Wild Fable line at Target. It is a great fit that is true to size, and will be so cute in the fall. I can’t wait to throw it on over all the things. The best part- it is only $32. I don’t like spending a lot on trendier pieces so that is the perfect price point!

Well I am off to get caught up on more things!

Happy weekend, friends!
